As you can see
most of the above are process industry management system examples. This is due to the fact that most of my clients,
when working as a (safety) management consultant, were from that type of industry: chemical, oil and offshore.
The reason for that was simply that at that time - more than 25 years ago - safety was not really an issue
outside the process industry.
