The following is provided as and aid to evaluate this step of the improvement process. All or most items need to be considered to allow final judgment but not all may apply to the specific client situation.

Main purpose of step

To make sure that all relevant management, supervision, relevant staff and employees are aware of the improvement process, know the terminology, models, concepts, etc. To "put the noses in the same direction".
