To obtain a picture of the present situation as related to the Management system(s) involved.

Aspects to consider:

adequate evaluation reference used directed at Management system, including:

what activities are done and how

the structure to stimulate ongoing implementation and improvement

bullet

effectiveness of activities compared to objectives.
