Safety Management Development - The Platform Model: "Plan-Train-Do"

Development of any goal-oriented management activity needs to be based on some simple ingredients:

	Make a Plan
	Train people to carry out the Plan
	Execute the Plan

This - obviously - has to be founded on Management leadership.

All ingredients are briefly described in the Platform Model that I developed to help my clients reach theur goals and, by doing that, helped myself as a consultant to communicate with my clients.
