4.1.1.13. Process - Implementation training

After (detailed) guidelines have been set up for implementation of specific the activities selected during step 8, relevant persons must be provided with the necessary skill training to properly carry out the necessary work. This would include supervision, middle management specialist staff and related other personnel.

This training is essential and should only be given after step 12 has been concluded. This will then create the best position for proper implementation: motivated and knowledgeable people ready to carry out the work that is requested of them through the Management System.

Purpose of this step is to assure proper training for execution of the element activities (ref. 8 and 12).

Implementation training is about the training of activities that need to be carried out to prevent and control accidental loss. Activities need to be carried out in a certain manner to bring desired results. So the work has to be done following certain guidelines. Likewise, behavior of people is guided by rules to prevent unwanted situations and accidents.  Following rules is important and the development and implementation of rules  need to be such as to warrant success. This is why I provide here the "Guidelines to develop and implement rules". This could also be read as "How to obtain compliance with rules" or "When to apply disciplinary action". You need a PDF reader such as ADOBE READER to read the document.
